We’ve laid out some important rules for how we work with our clients. Here’s a simple breakdown:

1. What We Do:
  • We offer various digital marketing and website development services, like designing websites, making them show up on Google, and promoting them on social media.
  • We’ll do our best to deliver these services well, using standard methods in our industry.
  • Clients need to give us accurate information and materials we need to finish the job, like logos, pictures, and text.
2. How You Pay Us:
  • You agree to pay us for our services as we’ve agreed, based on the prices and schedule we’ve set.
  • We’ll outline how and when you need to pay us in the contract or proposal we give you.
  • If you pay us late, we might stop working on your project until you catch up, and you might need to pay extra fees.
3. Who Owns What:
  • Once you’ve paid us in full, you own all the stuff we’ve made for you, like your website and marketing materials.
  • We might show off the work we’ve done for you in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
  • You need to make sure you have the right to use any materials you give us for your project, like pictures and logos.
4. Keeping Things Private:
  • We’ll keep any information you give us confidential and won’t share it without asking first.
  • If we need to collect any personal info from you, we’ll keep it safe and only use it for what we’ve agreed to.
  • Any data we get from your website or customers will be handled carefully and only used for what we’ve agreed to.
5. Ending the Agreement:
  • If one of us breaks the rules and doesn’t fix it, the other might end the contract.
  • If that happens, you might need to pay us for the work we’ve done so far, plus any extra fees we’ve agreed on.
  • You can also cancel the project anytime, but you might still need to pay for what we’ve done or spent on your project up to that point.

These terms are important to make sure we’re all on the same page and things run smoothly. If you have any questions or concerns, just let us know.
